Home:
When the Marketing Machine dials out in this mode, it detects a short answer, such as hi or hello, and delivers your message to the potential patient. If the phone is answered any other way, the Marketing Machine will hang up and go right to the next number!

Business:
Most business numbers are answered with a bit more than a simple "hello." When the Business mode on your Marketing Machine is used, it will determine, depending on the length of the "answer," whether the number called belongs to a business. This mode allows you to target a message to just businesses, without wasting time on others!

Answering Machine:
When using the Marketing Machine in this mode, it listens for an answering machine recording. Your Auto Dialer will wait for the message to finish, and then leave your message on the prospects answering machine. This allows you to deliver your message even if they're not home! This feature alone can increase the response rate to your marketing campaign by several percentage points.

Permission:
When used in the permission mode, your Marketing Machine will "ask" the called party for permission to play the message by pressing the #1 key.
